Facility Use Policy and Terms of Service
- Introduction
Welcome to Dunas del Rif, your oasis of well-being and relaxation. To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our customers, we have established the following policies for the use of our facilities and terms of service.
- Session Bonuses
We offer session vouchers that will allow you to enjoy our services in a flexible and economical way:
- 5 session voucher: Valid for 5 months from the date of purchase.
- 10 session voucher: Valid for 10 months from the date of purchase.
- Bookings
To secure your appointment, we recommend making a reservation in advance. Reservations can be made through our website, by phone or directly at the spa reception.
- Changes and Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Therefore, we allow modifications and cancellations of reservations under the following conditions:
- Minimum notice: Reservations must be modified or canceled at least 12 hours in advance.
- Missed Appointment: If the minimum 12-hour notice is not met, the appointment will be lost and the cost of the corresponding session will not be refunded.
- Reservations with voucher: If the reservation is made using a voucher and the person does not show up, said session of the voucher will be redeemed.
- Facility Use Rules
To ensure an optimal experience for all our visitors, we ask that the following rules be respected:
- Punctuality: It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before the appointment to register and prepare for the session.
- Hygiene: Please maintain personal hygiene standards before using the facilities.
- Silence and Tranquility: We maintain an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation. Please moderate the volume of your voice and electronic devices.
- Use of Facilities: Any misuse or inappropriate conduct may result in suspension of access to the facilities.
- Refund Policy
- No refunds will be made for unused session bonuses.
- In the event of exceptional circumstances, rescheduling of unused sessions will be considered.
- Responsibility and Safety
Dunas del Rif is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or for accidents that may occur due to failure to comply with safety regulations.
