To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our customers, we have established the following policies for the use of our facilities and terms of service. <\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Session Bonuses<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p> We offer session vouchers that will allow you to enjoy our services in a flexible and economical way: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>5 session voucher: <\/strong>Valid for 5 months from the date of purchase.<\/li>\n<li><strong>10 session voucher: <\/strong>Valid for 10 months from the date of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Bookings<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p> To secure your appointment, we recommend making a reservation in advance. Reservations can be made through our website, by phone or directly at the spa reception. <\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Changes and Cancellations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p> We understand that plans can change. Therefore, we allow modifications and cancellations of reservations under the following conditions: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Minimum notice:<\/strong> Reservations must be modified or canceled at least 12 hours in advance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Missed Appointment:<\/strong> If the minimum 12-hour notice is not met, the appointment will be lost and the cost of the corresponding session will not be refunded.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reservations with voucher:<\/strong> If the reservation is made using a voucher and the person does not show up, said session of the voucher will be redeemed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Facility Use Rules<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p> To ensure an optimal experience for all our visitors, we ask that the following rules be respected: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Punctuality:<\/strong> It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before the appointment to register and prepare for the session.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hygiene:<\/strong> Please maintain personal hygiene standards before using the facilities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Silence and Tranquility:<\/strong> We maintain an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation.
